DENVER - July 15, 2020 - PRLog -- Four exceptional insurance professionals from AXA XL are listed among the industry's most inspiring female leaders.

AXA XL's June Dwyer, Rose Hall, Henna Karna, and Jennifer Schipf have been included in Insurance Business magazine's annual Elite Women report, celebrating the 77 movers and shakers who are paving the way for future generations of insurance professionals to follow.

Leading and collaborating with senior management at AXA XL, Dwyer serves as the Northeast regional leader for North America insurance. She is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of insurance professionals and embraces opportunities to effect real change within the industry, from tort reform to developing new products in response to evolving needs. Dwyer participates in insurance networking organizations and events to further the conversation around diversity and inclusion in the industry.

Strategic operations manager for risk engineering, North America construction, Hall is a problem-solver and consultant for her clients and colleagues. Her breadth of experience ranges from engineering, construction and expert witnessing to risk management and insurance. Hall also serves as an ambassador and spokesperson for AXA XL, presenting at industry events and participating in networking and educational organizations, including leadership and advisory board roles with the International Risk Management Institute, The CLM and ClaimsXchange.

Executive vice president, chief data officer, Karna is driven by the belief that the industry must keep pace with technological innovation and emerging risks in order to continue to serve as a sustaining buffer for the global economy. She is dedicated to creating a new basis of competition through the build-out of data and digital products and solutions and by developing new career paths for colleagues, cloud-enabled data platforms, monetizable data assets, and digital solutions for customers and partners. Together, Karna and her team have developed four specific D&I categories they seek to hire around: economic disparity, returning military/new to corporate, neuro and physical diversity, and diverse industries.

As global practice leader for art for AXA XL, Schipf is responsible for the ongoing integration of the legacy XL Catlin art program and the AXA team. Passionate about data and analytics, developing her global team, and providing creative solutions for her clients, Schipf embraces being part of the global art community and is dedicated to preserving and protecting art.

This year's IBA Elite Women aren't just dedicated to the insurance industry – they are trailblazers forging a path for both current colleagues and future industry professionals," says the Insurance Business team. "We congratulate the leading women of AXA XL and the other foremost female leaders that have proved themselves capable of overcoming stubborn cultural and societal obstacles to achieve any goal."
