NUTERRA DIGITAL SOLUTIONS INC. launches software development

Startup to build a fully-automated digital platform that allows non-residential sellers and buyers to match their listings, preferences, and budgets in order to find the best options for real estate purchase and sale.
VANCOUVER, British Columbia - July 8, 2020 - PRLog -- Construction owners and contractors face a multitude of challenges as they navigate through largely uncharted territory with their projects experiencing highly unique and mounting risks from the effects of COVID-19.

Every stage of the construction process has a significant impact on the environment. According to the Guardian, a study found that the construction of a new house generated 50 tones of CO2. By lowering the number of vacant homes in major Canadian cities environmental impact can be dramatically reduced.

Thousands of houses stand empty in many Canadian cites. A 2016 census reported in Vancouver alone there were over 25,000 unoccupied homes. Local governments are imposing the Empty Home Tax on homeowners of vacant properties. "The ultimate goal is to add more pressure on empty homes to be filled," Mayor Kennedy Stewart announced in a Nov. 27 press release.

NuTerra is committed to environmental stewardship. By maximizing the existing underutilized home inventory the need for new construction developments will be reduced.
