NASHVILLE, Tenn. - July 7, 2020 - PRLog -- Nashville Women in Film & Television announced the launch of of their new digital publication, REEL LUMIERE which was released on July 1, 2020.  The monthly entertainment trade journal is a targeted source for news, information and resources for female filmmakers and film industry professionals.

REEL LUMIERE will spotlight new film and television projects, not only in Hollywood, but in a bevy of production hotspots across the nation. It will feature women in leadership roles, noteworthy film festivals, and key events important to independent filmmakers.

The debut issue features a spotlight on Noreen Parker, who is general manager of three TV affiliates, FOX17, MyTV30 & CW58, in Nashville; an introduction to documentarian, Kimberly Lake and her timely new doc, "Segregated Sundays; and an in-depth look at the iconic Joanne Carson.

"This magazine will bring readers an opportunity to be on the 'inside' of the industry with stories and articles from professionals in both film and television," states Lynda Evjen, President of Nashville Women In Film & Television and publisher of REEL LUMIERE. "This magazine will lead in bringing readers stories and experiences which they can find nowhere else!"

Additionally, as an arm of Nashville Women in Film & TV, the magazine will spotlight what WIFT is doing, not only domestically, but around the world!
