EXACTA's new offices in the Technology Innovation Center, 10437 Innovation Drive, offer its support and professional staff direct contact with entrepreneurial and start-up communities. The century-old building houses more than 50 businesses, offering tremendous collaborative possibilities for EXACTA's software ingenuity. The center's roster includes biotech, software and medical technology firms.

All of EXACTA's services – from software design to project management – are delivered on a remote basis.  EXACTA moved amid the coronavirus pandemic, making for an initial "quiet period" as clients sheltered at home and office staff settled into their new surroundings.  EXACTA's team members in the field worked remotely, unaffected by new social distancing guidelines. One of the company's first steps was re-installing its videoconferencing system, so clients did not experience any interruption in service from EXACTA.
