Soulsphere: Enthroned by L. Carmichael

MIAMI - July 5, 2020 - PRLog -- Five hundred years in the future, Soulsphere: Enthroned continues the story of Gale McCarthy, one of the only people in the galaxy to possess a Sciath Inchinn, or "soulsphere." Her recent discovery of a planet full of billions of soulspheres has brought her to a whole new life on the planet Pax.

Gale is showered with almost unlimited power and all the riches and comforts of life, but there are rules being a First of the royal class, and Gale is a rule breaker.

The people of Pax also welcome Gale's lover, a sphereless deposed Prince from Choraia named Oberon. The other Firsts fear his unique mind powers, and though the Paxians do allow the couple to marry, they are considered too powerful to have children. They are ordered never to reproduce.

Paxian law is strict. They execute their own children if they don't produce spheres at puberty! Gale rebels against these brutal policies and devises a plan to change her new society. Will she succeed?

L. Carmichael is a math and sciences teacher at a private academy in her hometown. She volunteers for two charities, and is an ordained minister. When not writing, she tutors high school students in several subjects and homeschools her two daughters.
