Changing Air Filters and Residential Indoor Air Quality Discussed in New Online Video
The IAQ Video Network releases another educational production about an important environmental, health and safety (EHS) topic.
"Since air filters are typically out of sight, many people forget about the important role they play in filtering out airborne contaminants and the need to replace them on a regular basis," said Paul Cochrane, President of Cochrane and Associates and the IAQ Video Network. "As a general rule of thumb, subject to conditions in the home, a residential air filter should be changed at least every 90 days. However, in some homes, air filters may need to be changed much more frequently, even monthly. We hope this video helps to shed some light on the importance of using the correct filter and regularly changing it out for maximum system efficiency and superior IAQ."
This video was sponsored by a number of organizations and leading industry professionals that work to protect and enhance the public's health and safety. Sponsors include EMSL Analytical, LA Testing, Clark Seif Clark, Zimmetry Environmental and Healthy Indoors Magazine to name a few.
