HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - June 27, 2020 - PRLog -- Each year Cannes is transformed into an international business center. A place to connect with industry professionals, make deals, share views and see projects forge ahead. Marché du Film is the film industry's biggest annual event.

This year due to Covid-19 restrictions business will be conducted online in an exciting new virtual format from June 22 -26th.

Joining the line up is the Côte d'Azur Web Festival with entry via Film Freeway announcing the debut of their new streaming network Côte d'Azur Web Fest TV in partnership with Vimeo.

The Côte d'Azur Webfest took place last year in Cannes as the first short form digital web platform during the Festival to highlight Worldwide talent in a short format with Screenings daily at the Gray d'Albion 4.

This unique Festival format was created by Celebrity Photographer Clinton H. Wallace who said, "Global buyers are also looking for unique digital content to fill their streaming needs, from the streaming network giants to up-and-comers like ATT TV, IGTV, Twitter TV, Snapchat TV, FaceBook TV, Apple TV – the list goes on!  Everyone has a huge appetite for digital content right now in all formats – it's an exciting time for up and coming filmmakers and this new opportunity provides the perfect platform.

Members of the Marché du Film have access to all screenings via the Cinando app (a tool for industry professionals online) for both originals and selected winners.  "For busy festival buyers and distributors hungry for content the opportunity to be able to see a trailer and webisodes/scenes streaming online is a time saving device creating a faster way to do business while providing an opportunity for investors to explore unfinished projects and projects in post and make faster decisions," says Wallace.

Winners include *Who RU Wearing? a unique new scripted Comedy Web and TV series featuring brand integrated fashion against a backdrop of Hollywoods Red Carpet, celebrities, bling bling and gorgeous gowns. It won Best Comedy Web Series and Best Female Director Jane S. Linter and can be found  streaming at Côte d'Azur Web Fest TV.

Other quality scripted Comedies include Canadian entry web/TV/Film series *How to Buy a Baby Directed by Adriana Maggs and USA produced drama/thriller original *Herrings Directed by Keith Chamberlain.
