BROOKLYN, N.Y. - June 25, 2020 - PRLog -- Urban Academics RoundTable is all set for tonight. Lady Clairissa Clay (Brooklyn) takes the "HOT-Seat as Educator, Entrepreneur, and Fellow Creative. Her talk on Black, Brown, and Poor Folks Storytelling, how they see us, and how we see ourselves will prove worthy of the coveted Roundtable HOT-Seat.

She's not only got years of experience as a certified teacher in the New York school system, one of, if not the most extensive school system in the country, yet finds time to live our her passion through movies, music, and television. At the Roundtable, she shares her wisdom and a few tips to get you focused on your own (vision).

Clairesa is passionate about creativity and storytelling and has devoted her life to making sure young people, regardless of where they come from, are exposed in a real way. Her Blerd City is a combination of Black + Nerd (BLERD) + City. Quite the awesome combo for those not sure where they belong. The nerd in you can stand tall with other like-minds who end up the Gates, Jobs, and Zuckerberg's of the world.
