SAULT STE. MARIE, Ontario - June 24, 2020 - PRLog -- Sensei Chris Troch has received his COVID Safe Martial Arts Instructor Certification and looks forward to welcoming returning and new students back to the dojo.

At Sault Ste Marie International Karate Daigaku (SSM IKD), we endeavor to not only impart the techniques of Karate but also its philosophy. True strength is not the ability to cause harm, but the ability to remain calm & resolute in the face of adversity.

About Sensei Chris Troch
Sensei Chris Troch 6th degree black belt, Class B instructor, and National Judge who has been training the art of karate for 36 years. He was introduced to karate at the age of 22 and started with a class of 30 students. Sensei Chris is the only one of his class that continues to train. He has competed at Provincial, National, and World levels.
