Dave West is going to be one of the speakers at Scrum Summit 2020, which is an online global scrum leadership event scheduled to happen on 29-30 Aug 2020. He is going to speak about the 'The Future of Agility as Scrum Turns 25'.

Dave West is the product owner and CEO at scrum.org. He is a frequent keynote at major industry conferences and is a widely published author of articles and research reports. He also is the co-author of two books, The Nexus Framework For Scaling Scrum and Head First Object- Oriented Analysis and Design. He led the development of the Rational Unified Process (RUP) for IBM/Rational. After IBM/Rational, West returned to consulting and managed Ivar Jacobson Consulting for North America. Then as VP, research director Forrester research where he ran the software development and delivery practice.

In this talk Dave West talks about the lessons we have learnt from Scrum and how they will provide a foundation to the future of work. He will discuss how Lean Startup, Design Thinking coupled with a people centric approach to organizational structure will, when aligned to the right customers and outcomes drive to a more agile and responsive organization.
