LAYTON, Utah - June 24, 2020 - PRLog -- The Spring 2020 Rocket League season was the first official eSports season using the PlayVs platform. iTeamUSA witnessed exponential growth as many schools throughout the state of Utah competed in the spring season. The Northridge Knights were a dominant force in the regular season and were consistently the top ranked team. They even competed against UofU's varsity team and won a game in the exhibition series. It was a unique season as lock-downs due to COVID-19 stalled season play and the playoffs. Fortunately, due to the remote flexibility of eSports, the playoffs continued.

Northridge's dominance continued through the playoffs and they were crowned the Rocket League champions. The championship was streamed on PlayVs and witness by eSports fans across Utah and across the nation.
