Southern California Super Lawyers Recognizes Two Snell & Wilmer Attorneys as 2020 Rising Stars

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. - June 9, 2020 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Partner Steffi Gascón Hafen and Associate Irina Ling have been selected for inclusion in the 2020 Southern California Rising Stars list. Hafen was selected for Estate Planning and Probate and Ling was selected for Tax.

Rising Stars is a listing of lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Hafen has an LL.M. in taxation and is certified as a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law by the California Board of Legal Specialization. Her practice is concentrated in tax, trust, and estate matters with an emphasis in estate planning, business succession planning, charitable planning, and trust and probate administration and litigation, as well as state and local taxation. Hafen represents clients in court and in front of various tax agencies from the Internal Revenue Service to the county assessor. She earned a J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. Ling's practice is concentrated in taxation and estate planning matters. She has experience assisting clients with all aspects of estate and tax planning, including advising clients on various charitable giving devices and business succession. Ling also assists clients with estate and gift tax issues, property tax issues, and probate and trust administration. She  has extensive experience in assisting clients with reporting their international assets using available compliance programs. Ling also assists with representing clients in federal, state and local tax controversy matters. She has a LL.M. in taxation and received her J.D. with a business law concentration from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
