Katuri Kaye and Brian Murray Recognized by Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars

LOS ANGELES - June 9, 2020 - PRLog -- Trucker Huss, APC is pleased to announce that T. Katuri Kaye and Brian D. Murray have been selected as 2020 Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars.

Super Lawyers, part of Thomson Reuters, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by practice area.

Kaye focuses her practice primarily on qualified retirement plans, including defined benefit and defined contribution plans, and plans of tax exempt entities and public schools and universities, including 403(b) and 457 plans. In addition, Katuri is a Board member of the Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, Inc. and the East Bay Children's Law Offices, where she focuses her efforts on providing voices for underrepresented African American law students, students and children in the legal system.  Katuri is also the Founder of The TKK Program, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to providing educational assistance to underprivileged youth.

Murray concentrates his practice in the area of employee benefits, with a focus on ERISA litigation.  He represents plan sponsors, trustees, and other fiduciaries in a wide range of employee benefits cases, including 401(k) class action litigation, claims for medical and pension benefits, ESOP disputes, and cases involving executive compensation. In addition to his litigation practice, Brian counsels clients on a variety of matters, including fiduciary responsibility, insurance coverage issues, and regulatory compliance.  Brian also represents plan fiduciaries in Department of Labor investigations.

Earlier this year Trucker Huss Director Joseph C. Faucher was selected to the 2020 Southern California Super Lawyers list.
