The program teaches leaders the mindset, process, and skills to lead change and create resilient, agile organizations.

Change initiatives often fail because they are top-down approaches that require large numbers of people to change at the same time, but the organization lacks the framework to guide people through it effectively. With the unprecedented amount of recent change that goes well beyond any planned change initiative, building up the change leadership in an organization is more imperative than ever.
