Phoenix Partner Patrick Paul Elected Treasurer of UPWARD for Children & Families

PHOENIX - June 1, 2020 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce Phoenix partner Patrick Paul (https://www.swlaw.com/people/patrick_paul) has been elected treasurer of UPWARD for Children & Families. (https://www.upwardaz.org/) Paul previously served on UPWARD's board from January 2004 to July 2005 and re-joined UPWARD in September 2018.

UPWARD is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and families with special needs. Founded in 1958 they provide services in Phoenix including inclusive childcare and infant care; special education – preschool and K-12; day treatment and training for adults; outpatient pediatric therapy; feeding and swallowing therapy; music therapy; occupational therapy; physical therapy; and speech and language therapy.

Paul's practice is concentrated in environmental and toxic tort litigation with an emphasis on federal, state, and local permitting and regulatory compliance across a broad spectrum of traditional and developing industries, including real estate, hospitality, industrial expansion, renewable energy, and unmanned aerial systems (drones).  He also provides land use and zoning counseling and assists new and expanding businesses maximize available economic incentives to facilitate relocation and growth.
