It's hard to judge any individual's potential with an interview, more so when it's done remotely. So, introduce a job trial to your hiring process. Commitment and work ethics are hard to judge, so why not give them a small project as the last selection step?

To these points he also added how their recruitment management software module helped the recruiters during this time.
