ENFIELD, Conn. - May 29, 2020 - PRLog -- Local business owner and community advocate Mary Ann Turner, received the unanimous endorsement of the Enfield Republican Party as the 58th district state representative party candidate during the party's May 26th convention.

Nominated by State Senator John Kissel and seconded by Town Councilor Kelly Hemmeler, Turner stated in her acceptance speech, "I want to thank you for placing your trust in me this evening. We need Mary Ann in Hartford. Connecticut needs Mary Ann in Hartford. Struggling individuals and families need her strength and her voice in Hartford."

Mary Ann concluded in her acceptance speech, "I promise, you can count on me when I become your State Representative. This will not be an easy victory. Your help, your guidance, and your continued support will be the secret ingredients for our shared victory in November."
