Colliers International grows office brokerage team in Southwest Florida as Michael Ciccarello joins

FORT MYERS, Fla. - May 15, 2020 - PRLog -- Colliers International Southwest Florida has hired Michael Ciccarello as Director, Office Services, focusing on office leasing and investment sales in the greater Fort Myers market.

"With over 10 years' experience in Southwest Florida representing commercial real estate owners, tenants and investors of various asset types, Mike is a great addition to the Colliers team as we continue our growth in Southwest Florida," said Danny Rice, Managing Director and Market Leader for Colliers International Tampa Bay, Central & Southwest Florida.

During his career, Ciccarello has been directly involved in commercial real estate transactions totaling over $100 million in sales and over 500,000 square feet of leases. He has worked on behalf of many local and national companies, including California Closets, Jimmy John's, Sally Beauty Supply, Park Royal Hospital and Diversified Yacht Services.

Ciccarello was most recently Senior Director at commercial real estate brokerage firm Invest Florida. In that role, he represented retail, mixed-use property and medical office clients along Florida's west coast from Sarasota down to Naples, providing services that ranged from property management to leasing to acquisitions and dispositions. He also previously served as Associate Director at Commercial Property Southwest Florida, a Cushman & Wakefield affiliate office.

Colliers' Southwest Florida office recently brought on another new team member in January, Brandon Stoneburner, who joined the firm as Executive Managing Director, Office Services. He and Ciccarello previously worked together at Commercial Property Southwest Florida and plan to partner on many projects in their new roles at Colliers.
