Grief Institute shows appreciation for funeral homes by hosting free support groups for their families

SEATTLE - May 14, 2020 - PRLog -- International Grief Institute has announced free COVID support groups exclusive for funeral home families to help funeral staff meet aftercare demands during the pandemic.

Available to all families served by funeral homes, the online groups run monthly. Registration is free through funeral home staff.

"The support needed by COVID families are unique because so many didn't get to say goodbye to their dying loved one in person. Offering free support groups exclusive to funeral homes will help staff meet aftercare needs and extend the continuity of care their families will appreciate," says Linda Findlay, VP of Aftercare.
