Dr. Lane is Board Certified and has written numerous publications.  He has received many commendations including: "Fifty Years of Distinguished Service" to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where he also worked as the Physician in Charge at their Hand Surgery Clinic for nearly two decades.  Additionally, Dr. Lane is involved with many professional societies including, but not limited to, The Groupe d' Etude De La Main, Paris, France where he began he love of the French language,  and has been an on-going student since his joining the organization.  Dr. Lane has many years' experience within the QME/IME medical legal field and is well versed in the writing of medical legal reports, including, workers compensation, litigation and disability report writing.
