The State of the Oregon Real Estate Market and Sundance Realty: April 2020

April was an eventful month for new agents coming on board:

Shannon Rogers has been in real estate most of her life.  She was licensed in 1988 right after she was out of high school. " I love learning new things and each transaction is different so it keeps it challenging and fun." She focuses on residential properties primarily, while operating within Central Oregon - Redmond, Bend, Terrebonne, Prineville, and Madras. Her main reason for moving to Sundance is mainly because after researching several offices, Sundance seemed like a lot of super great people, and it has a great reputation.  Shannon is a principal broker and was managing a franchise office which was not her favorite experience and needed a change.  She considered working on my own, but Sundance just seemed like a great fit for her.

Brittannie Kelley heard from others that Sundance Realty was a great company to work for. She loves the flexibility and independence that the firm provides. She focuses primarily on single family residences in Central Oregon - Madras, Culver, Metolius, Redmond,  and Bend.

Cindy Harper is also coming on board from Central Oregon, alongside Brittannie and Shannon.

Ron Smith found that Sundance Realty was a great fit for him up in NE Oregon. He saw that we conducted ourselves in a professional manner and liked our commitment to detail and all paperwork necessary for a smooth real estate transaction. He operates out of Union County in NE Oregon consisting of La Grande, Union, Cove, Summerville, Imbler and his hometown of Elgin!

Dan Fish is also coming on board for the flexibility and fee structure.
