  Our technicians are taking absolute precautions wearing all recommended gears like masks, gloves, shoe covers while visiting your premise to service your HVAC needs. When servicing indoors, we will always utilize applicable personal protective equipment such as: a masks, goggles, shoe covers, disposable cloths and waste bags with ties.


Steps taken by Anthony & Son to deal with COVID-19

Given the concerns around the spread of Coronavirus, we have ramped up our commitment towards ensuring a hygienic and safe at- home service experience.

Partner awareness and training: We are training our service partners and technicians on how to maintain hygiene, the right technique of washing their hands, and the use of respiratory masks. We would recommend allowing the professional the use of a washroom to wash their hands before and after your service.

Clean and sanitized equipment: Wherever relevant, our professionals mandatorily clean and sanitize all equipment needed for the service experience. We encourage you to ask the partner to sanitize the equipment in your presence.

Customer support: Our customer support teams have been trained and briefed to help customers in case they inform them of any concerns related to COVID-19
