Dr. Kurt Martinuzzi joins Georgia Obstetrics and Gynecology practice

ATLANTA - May 5, 2020 - PRLog -- Kurt Martinuzzi has joined Georgia Obstetrics and Gynecology practice as their newest OBGYN.

Dr. Kurt Martinuzzi grew up in a large family in Redford Township, a suburb of Detroit, Michigan. After undergraduate studies at Albion College, he obtained his medical degree from Wayne State University and served as administrative chief during his residency at the University of Oklahoma.

For most of his career, Dr. Martinuzzi has been in academic medicine helping educate hundreds of medical students and residents. He enjoys caring for the entire spectrum of Ob/Gyn patients and has expertise in PCOS, recurrent pregnancy loss, basic infertility evaluation and treatment, twin gestations, and operative vaginal delivery.

"Modern medicine at times seems designed to limit physician-patient interaction. I still enjoy sitting with patients, listening to them, and working with them to reach their healthcare goals," says Dr. Martinuzzi.

In his free time, he enjoys polishing jazz piano licks, drawing portraits and landscapes and playing chess with his partner of 20 years, Jamie Johnson, a psychotherapist with a busy practice in midtown Atlanta.
