Brugest AG appoints Simon Chang as Global Head of Corporate Advisory

SINGAPORE - May 4, 2020 - PRLog -- Simon Chang will responsible for providing mergers and acquisitions services to international and institutional clients whilst also overseeing Brugest AG's corporate advisory team based in Hong Kong, which provides international advisory services to public companies and private businesses, particularly for cross-border transactions.

Mr. Simon Chang's roll will be supporting clients in the agriculture, natural resources and infrastructure and utilities sectors.

Prior to joining Brugest AG, Simon Chang was Director of International Advisory at a Hong Kong based private wealth management firm.  Prior to that, Mr. Chang worked in Corporate Finance at both HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank.

Brugest AG's Chief Operations Officer commented on Mr. Chang's appointment saying "Simon is well qualified to drive the development of our capabilities for Asian companies looking to expand overseas, as well as inbound companies looking to invest, particularly in the in South East Asia trade corridor."
