To avoid Flight from Kathmandu to Ramechhap drive and fly to Lukla, you'll choose Everest Base Camp Trek by Helicopter also. The bulk of trekkers will only suffer minor suffer from altitude if not planning well. The altitude problems seem to happen when climbing Namche, Dingboche, and Kalapatthar. For the hiring guide and porter in Everest Base Camp Trek, we suggest taking a guide from Kathmandu and a guide from Lukla.
