A Zombie For Mommy! A new kind of children's book. By Stravard Lux Publishing House

Her story peeks into the whimsical lives of a sweet 1st grader named Mahari, and her newly divorced mom. Mahari's life is happily filled with imaginary friends but feels a little sad when her mom gets lonely. However, she's met a surprising new (not so imaginary friend), that she thinks will change her mom's life for the better. In her mind, they're a perfect match...but her mom may not think so?

In this book, Kendall refers to her style of writing as "Cotton Candy Horror", because of its cute and (at times) chilling delivery. Combined with adorable illustrations from artist, Veronica Fausti, Kendall has found a perfect way to bring happy goosebumps to younger audiences that love Zombies.

Previous to writing this enchanting story, Kendall is typically known as budding SciFi Novelist! Her first works in literary, "The GOD Maps, Volume One" has garnered many fans because of its Biblical Futurism content. After The GOD Maps was published, Kendall was approached by a Facebook friend, and asked if she had ever written in the Zombie Horror genre. After giving the request a try, she dove headfirst into the effort. She has not only written for that popular outlet but she has gone on to create her own line of Zombie Comic Books under the collective title of "The American Zombie Chronicles".

That introduction to the world of "Zombies" gave birth to "A Zombie For Mommy!". Kendall states that, "I think, "A Zombie For Mommy!" is important because it's from a child's point-of-view (regarding a Zombie experience). More importantly, it's about a family of color. People of Color are not necessarily featured as principal figures in any kind of Horror, let alone juvenile depictions.

A Zombie For Mommy will be released in August 2020 in hardcover and the audiobook, narrated by Josephyne Wagner, will be available on the platforms of Audible and iTunes.
