San Francisco Stress and Anxiety Center is offering free online resources

SAN FRANCISCO - April 27, 2020 - PRLog -- San Francisco Stress and Anxiety Center is dedicated to providing recourses to our community during this time of need. Not only are our clinicians offering remote therapy and coaching sessions, we are also offering tons of resources online for free.

Our team of expert clinicians have published blog posts, and webinars with topics such as how to talk to kids about coronavirus, making the most of working from home, sleep hygiene and insomnia, and more.
