Juggle Street pivots to Online Tutoring to help stressed-out WFH parent
By: Juggle Street
SYDNEY - April 16, 2020 - PRLog -- Prior to the COVID-19 crisis Juggle Street had approximately 7,000 registered home tutors available to visit homes of busy parents to conduct face-to-face tutoring of children aged 5 to 18 yrs old.
Obviously in the new-world of social distancing and restrictive movement this business model is not applicable. However, school closures & home schooling have resulted in a huge demand for online tutoring, both as an educational tool for children and as a means of providing WFH parents some time to concentrate on their paid jobs!
"We are flat-out re-positioning and re-developing Home Tutoring into Online Tutoring, both on the marketing/acquisition website and inside the functional Juggle Street web app as a new job type. In fact, we just released its first dedicated section for online tutoring on our site," said Juggle Street's CEO David James.
Juggle Street is still a couple of weeks away from being able to launch online tutoring to its +50,000 parents, as Juggle Street needs to acquire more information from its 7,000 tutors and release in-app payments (prior to COVID-19 all Juggle Street job payments were cash) but join Juggle Street now for more information.
