Miller Architects & Builders Breaks Ground on Central Lakes Apartments

ALEXANDRIA, Minn. - April 16, 2020 - PRLog -- Construction has officially started on Central Lakes Apartments in Alexandria, Minnesota, a new development by D.W. Jones Incorporated.

The new 40,831 square foot market-rate and affordable housing apartment building features a 1,232 square foot attached garage with 20 stalls.  Central Lakes is comprised of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes featuring in-unit laundry and private patios or balconies.

Amenities include a spacious lobby with areas for lounging and a mail center, a beautiful community room with a serving kitchen, and a large outdoor patio for entertaining and grilling.  The exterior is a combination of cultured stone, vertical board and batten and shaker style siding.

Miller is providing construction services.  Central Lakes is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2021.
