What We Do?
The Architectural Committee is responsible to review the new improvements and construction proposed by your membership. NEXtects Architects and our Architectural Committee staff work together with your Association and Management Company to assist in the administrative services. Services include guideline preparation and revisions, plan and specification reviews, field reviews, meetings with members, and meetings with the Board on Architectural matters.

Who We Work With?
The Architectural Committee works with Boards of Directors, Architectural Committee, Landscape Committees, Property Managers, Property Owners, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Landscapers, and the Local Government Agencies with the responsibilities and duties of the Board required by the CC&Rs.
