Holladay brokerage team closes new lease at Mercy Medical Arts
Brian Wilcox, Director of Brokerage Services, and Matt Poncy, Leasing Agent, have completed negotiations on a 10 year lease of nearly 26,000 square feet of medical office space between HCA, Inc. and ONICX, LLC.
The lease is between HCA, Inc., the tenant, and ONICX, LLC, the owner. The lease begins at a rate of $42.00/SF and is worth over $12,000,000 over the full life of the contract.
HCA, Inc. will occupy the entire top floor of the five-story medical office building located on the campus of Mercy Hospital. The tenant will use the space for a multi-specialty clinic that will include orthopedics, neurology, oncology, cardiology, vascular surgery, and general surgery.
Additional space is available in this 4-star facility, owned and developed by ONICX, LLC. The building was built in 2017 and is the only brand new medical office building on the Mercy Campus.
