The State of the Oregon Real Estate Market and Sundance Realty: March 2020

SALEM, Ore. - April 6, 2020 - PRLog -- State of Sundance Realty

We would like to welcome three agents to the roster:

Donna Carter was attracted to Sundance Realty because she wanted independence without being completely on her own. She had tried several "big " companies and they did little more than take monthly fees and a percentage of her hard-earned commission. In addition, Sundance had been in business for some time and has a similar philosophy to her own.  Her industry preference and experience is in rural residential properties, and she is a principal broker with an associate's degree in business and is a certified staging agent (CSA).

Tyson Lamb is coming back to Sundance Realty since he saw it as the best option to maximize his profits and potential earnings, and wasn't a fan of the monthly fee and split commissions being offered by other brokerages.  His focus is working with buyers and sellers of residential properties,

Matt Sturzinger sought to run his real estate business in his own way; to manage his own schedule, and this was the reason he came over to Sundance.  Matt has a construction background, so he specialized in distressed properties that aren't able to be financed in the traditional ways, and used to specialize in framing and finish work in carpentry so he has a keen eye for framing, finish work, and foundation issues in homes.  His primary focus is on listings of Single Family Residences, small multifamily, and mobile homes.
