EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. - April 6, 2020 - PRLog -- Pilgrim Title Company announces it will conduct remote closings for Rhode Islanders during the statewide COVID-19 emergency. Pilgrim's announcement follows rules promulgated by Secretary of State Nellie Gorbea on April 3, 2020 stating that Rhode Island will permit remote online notarizations during the COVID-19 Emergency.
