Reynolds journey starts in his hometown of Brookwise, New Hampshire where he offers to help search for a boy who has gone missing. During his search for the boy, he ends up in a place where no mortal has ever been before, and it is his life that is suddenly put in danger.

In the Great Beyond, a place between heaven and hell, their fates become intertwined.

JB MURRAY has been poised to write since learning the alphabet. A rural New Englander, he crafts prose the way he devours literature: with his dog by his side, a scotch in his hand, and a cigar smoldering in an ashtray.
