ALPHARETTA, Ga. - March 31, 2020 - PRLog -- Concora, the first-to-market Digital Experience Platform solution for Building Product Manufacturers (BPM), today announced the launch of its pilot program for BPMs seeking to have their products specified and purchased by Architects, Engineers, and Contractors (AECs) in the Commercial Building Space.

At no cost to the manufacturers, Concora is offering unfettered access to Concora's Digital Experience Platform during the pandemic. Concora's solution provides AECs with an intuitive method to digitally select and specify a connected manufacturer's product during the design phase of commercial building projects.

"Manufacturers know that once their products are specified in a design, the likelihood of that specification leading to sales of the products is greatly enhanced," said Kip Rapp, CEO of Concora. "With the advent of the coronavirus, the traditional, relationship-driven, methods of marketing and sales of products are not a viable option. Office visits and lunch and learns are out. Trade shows and events are canceled. Catalogs and direct mailers are being sent to empty offices."

"This is why we are offering manufacturers free, no-obligation, access to Concora's Digital Experience Platform (DXP)," Rapp continued. "Despite the virus, commercial building projects are not slowing down. Concora empowers companies to continue to have their products specified by the architects and engineers, which leads contractors to use the products in the actual builds and renovations."

The Concora solution functions as a branded extension of the manufacturers' website. It delivers a focused, online, marketplace where AECs can search, identify and specify the exact products they then use in their designs. In addition to product images and descriptions, the Concora solution provides AECs with the Building Information Modeling (BIM) files and specifications which they can then drop into their designs as a natural part of their workflows.

Only a handful of slots are available at this time, so interested manufacturers interested in taking part are encouraged to visit https://bit.ly/2X0ZSpj for more information and to apply for access before the available slots are exhausted.
