Mental Wellness Centre will be offering a free webinar to help the community cope with anxiety and uncertainty caused by the current Covid-19 pandemic and to better protect themselves from this invisible enemy. The webinar will address fears, anxieties, and worries resulting from drastic changes in people's daily lives and sudden increase in their stress level due to interruption of their life and career plans, uncertainty about when this pandemic will end, fear of getting infected, social/physical isolation, loneliness, and lack of purpose, in addition to their financial losses caused by loss of a job, business income, or retirement savings. The program would help them see a silver lining they can use to build a better life now and in the future. "This program will help participants to lead a peaceful life free of fear or worries now and in the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic," says Dr. El-Rayes, Director of H.R. Mental Wellness Centre. "The program will help them improve the mental and physical health of the community."
