We at Tatyana's Fitness Have Some Exciting News For You!!!

SOMERVILLE, N.J. - March 20, 2020 - PRLog -- As a preventive measure, we're rolling out an AMAZING BRAND NEW PROGRAM to help you keep up with your workouts in the comfort of your living room until you can get back to the studio.
    I'm transitioning to ONLINE COACHING. It's an incredible way to work out while STAYING CONNECTED to your fitness family and your continued work toward your goals, all from your home!
    This would never have been possible a few years ago, but we are so grateful we're able to offer this to you TODAY.
    All you need is your computer, smart phone, tablet, an internet connection, and some basic equipment. (All members are free to borrow some from our studio to use at home).
    This is NOT the time to sit back on the couch and let all your amazing progress slip away! You have worked so hard, and we are so proud of the progress you have made.
    So, it's time to dig in and not let this temporary situation derail us! In fact, I think this gives us a great opportunity to focus even more on our health, and our FAMILY'S Health.
    Remember, staying active and fit will keep your immune system strong while also burning away stress.
    And with the power of your local fitness community behind you 100%, you can and will get through this fitter than ever!
    NOTE: Please remember, your family are welcome to join in on the workouts as well!
    I literally can't wait to see you all inside of OUR online training program. And our entire Family of Staff will truly make this transition as easy, fun, and enjoyable for you as possible!
    Our Great Team of Trainers will guide you through your workouts, give some tips on nutrition, and we will always be there to answer any questions, or be there just if you need to talk in these difficult times. We are now, and always will be one big family here at Tatyana's Fitness!
