InfinityQS Wins Silver Stevie® at the 2020 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service

FAIRFAX, Va. - March 20, 2020 - PRLog -- InfinityQS® International, Inc. (InfinityQS), the global authority on data-driven enterprise quality, proudly announced it was named a Silver Stevie® Award winner for "Best Use of Technology in Sales" at the 14th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The Quality Intelligence solutions provider was honored for launching its account-based marketing (ABM) pilot, a ready-to-scale program that leverages custom software and personalized content to target high-value prospects. The award marks InfinityQS' second recognition this year for its ABM strategy, also ranking as a finalist in the 2020 Killer Content Awards hosted by the B2B Marketing Exchange.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world's top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals. More than 2,600 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year's competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 180 professionals worldwide on seven specialized judging committees.

InfinityQS was commended for employing technology as the cornerstone of its ABM strategy. The company worked with its digital agency partner, Refactored, to develop CompassABM—a custom software platform that transformed the InfinityQS website into a powerful tool to attract, identify, and engage target accounts. The software identifies accounts when they visit the website, automatically delivers personalized, industry-specific content, and provides the InfinityQS sales team with firmographic data and account activity reports. Empowered by these insights, sales representatives can then reach out with timely offers for demos, trials, and meetings. Notably, InfinityQS reported $500K in closed sales and pipeline opportunities exceeding $3 million within the pilot's first two months.
