-- As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to spread, companies like Keystone College Planning are doing their best to keep people safe, while still providing the valuable information parents need to prepare for future college costs.
With this in mind, the Free College Planning Nights
scheduled at the Delaware Orange Public Library on March 19th
and the Everal Barn in Westerville on April 8th
at 6:30pm have been changed to virtual
These no-cost events provide helpful information to parents of high school students on planning and paying for college in an efficient and tax-advantaged manner. Parents who attend will learn how to to pick the right college for the right price, so that students don't spend an extra year or two in college, how to lower "out-of-pocket"
costs and maximize your family's financial aid eligibility, and how to develop a customized plan to pay for the "gap"
between the cost of the school and the amount of financial aid received.
Many have already benefited from the free workshops that Keystone College Planning has offered in the Columbus area. "This workshop gave me a lot of helpful information on where to start as this is all new to me," said one recent attendee from Pickerington, OH.
Ryan Fleming, a well-known local college funding expert and member of the national College Planning Network will be presenting at these live, interactive virtual events. These workshops remain free, but reservations are required in order to access the online events.
