WASHINGTON - March 14, 2020 - PRLog -- The Kennedy Center's highest priority is the health and well-being of all the patrons, artists, volunteers, and staff. In conformance with the specific public health recommendations issued by D.C. Health and Mayor Bowser, and due to the increasing threat of COVID-19, all public performances and events scheduled at the Kennedy Center through March 31st will be canceled effective Friday, March 13th. It has been advised to our organization, by the Kennedy Center Director of Booking, that we should move the pageant to a later date.

Being that we take the health and welfare of our team, contestants, families and friends very seriously, we have decided to reschedule the pageant. The pageant will now take place June 6, 2020 at 7pm at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC.
