SOUTH SETAUKET, N.Y. - March 10, 2020 - PRLog -- Jefferson's Ferry Life Plan Retirement Community is the recipient of the Pinnacle Quality Insights' 2020 Customer Experience AwardTM for the second year in a row. Qualifying for the award in multiple categories, the Vincent Bove Health Center displays a continued dedication to providing Best in Class senior healthcare services.

By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award, Jefferson's Ferry has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15% of the nation across a 12-month average.
