In addition, Mr. Handel will provide financial advice that is needed for the company to achieve its predetermined goals. This will involve assisting in the preparation of financial tools and incentives in order to secure capital.

Mr. Todd Handel has an impressive history in investment and business development.

A veteran of the US Navy, he has worked as a "Black Fund" Director/Asset Manager at Blackchain Capital Management from 2013 to present. Blackchain Capital Management is a hedge fund that owns digital assets and currencies. It helps clients set up and manage their exchange accounts, based on the accepted level of risk.

Prior to Blackchain Capital Management, Mr. Handel worked in precious metals refining and futures hedging from 2002-2012. He has worked as a Digital Assets Hedge Fund Consultant, including as a Digital Assets and Digital Collectibles Consultant for the L.A. Clippers. Finally, Mr. Handel has also been a partner at LA Exotic Car Rentals, and a seed investor for Greenbeard, Collegecoin, and Respondr.io.
