On the occasion of International Women's Day Week, BITT Polytechnic College has run an intellectual campaign to not only familiarize its students about the same. But to boost the power of basic rights in the girls who have landed in the technical field and are competing on an equal position of men.

"I'm Generation Equality: Bringing Women's Right"

With this theme of 2020s International Women's Day, this Best Polytechnic College in Ranchi is celebrating the whole week from 1st – 8th of March to mark the achievement of all women regardless of their caste, creed or race.

Since 1911, women from all around the world are celebrating this day to bring change in society. And about the cliché thoughts and rights women faced and are still struggling in some areas. However, this day was first celebrated on the 19th of March. But it is now celebrated on the 8th of March every year to bring people together. The women who belong to any caste, creed, religion, race, color, ethnicity or country join together as one hand. The day marks the achievement of all women irrespective of their social ground.

Hence, this day is celebrated to create gender equality and help women meet their basic needs and requirement in their society.

BITT the Best Polytechnic College in Jharkhand has stood as a helping hand for all the women in the city by giving equal opportunities to the girls in their college.  After all, they are educating them to stand for their rights and never lack behind. They showed the struggle of women who wished to walk along with men.
