Pivot Cloud Solutions and Astra Global Announced the Planned Merger of Their Business Operations

DUBLIN - March 5, 2020 - PRLog -- Pivot Cloud Solutions and Astra Global have announced today the planned merger of their business operations to offer SAP ERP and AI Digital Transformation solutions to the enterprise market. Pivot Cloud Solutions will acquire the Astra Global assets and people and their merged business will operate under the Pivot Cloud Solutions brand.

Astra Global, founded in 2005, provides SAP solutions that enable SAP customers to improve control, visibility and efficiency in their supply chain processes.
