It is basically a pen and paper or digital test, but these are standardized across the country use, so we can compare different populations and actually provide feedback to students as well systems and tell them how they can improve. The idea is not to judge a child, but the idea is to drive improvement.", on asking what they should do if they find a super gifted child, on which she replied, "We actually deal with child with less gifted more than super gifted ones, but if we actually came across one we let the teacher or parent know about him or her, but our work is mostly with spectrum of children who are below that average and what kind of remedial help they would need to get back to grade work, we work with children in lower economic segment in the segment where it is much-needed thing to do."
