The Black Alumni Ball, Known as the Premiere Experience for Black PWI & HBCU Alumni Expands to Atlanta

ATLANTA - Feb. 28, 2020 - PRLog -- It was only a month ago when the Black Alumni Ball team made the announcement they were expanding again and taking their talents to Atlanta. This premiere black excellence event made its debut six years ago in Washington, DC and has since hosted thousands of professional African Americans nationwide. In 2018, they made the decision to bring the Ball to Charlotte which proved to be a wild success and in the Spring of 2020, they make their debut in Atlanta. The ball will take place on Friday, April 10th from 9 PM-2 AM and will be held at The Georgia Freight Depot located at 65 MLK Jr. Dr.  SW Atlanta, GA 30303. The evening will be hosted by The Massive Host King Flexxa, with music by DJ Infamous and will feature LIVE entertainment by Future Band DC.

This formal celebration of Black Excellence was co-created by Jonathan King who is excited about the growing success of the event over the years and the people who have decided to partner with support of this event. "We are so excited to be expanding once again and bring the Black Alumni Ball to Atlanta! Atlanta is known to be the mecca of black excellence so this was only fitting. We look forward to seeing what the "A" has to offer. We are ready!" King stated. The Black Alumni Ball is also ecstatic to announce the Inaugural Black Alumni Ball Atlanta Influencer Class which will include over 15 dynamic individuals located in Atlanta. The Black Alumni Ball Influencer program highlights professionals and creatives who are making an impact and serve as a change agent. These individuals will be recognized during the Black Excellence Reception with an open bar sponsored by CIROC and CIROC VS from 8-10 PM

The Black Alumni Ball is an annual event whose mission is to bring black alumni from all universities throughout the nation, including both PWI's (Predominantly White Institutions) and HBCU's (Historically Black Colleges and Universities), for a night of sophistication, style, and fun. As previous years in Washington, DC and Charlotte, NC the executive team is excited to again give back to the Atlanta community and will provide a check to a local charity that will be announced on April 10th on Social Media and at the event.
