Greater Twin Cities Honda Dealers Donate $5,000 to Forestview Middle School

BAXTER, Minn. - Feb. 20, 2020 - PRLog -- Mills Honda of the Greater Twin Cities Honda Dealers Association (GTCHDA) will be donating $5,000 to Forestview Middle School in a check presentation ceremony on February 20. The donation is part of the association's campaign, "Life is Better Thanks to the Greater Twin Cities Honda Dealers," where each dealer selects a local school for a special donation. This initiative furthers the association's mission to be actively involved in improving the community. This is the third time Mills Honda has donated to a local school under this initiative.

Bart Harmer, director of operations for the Mills Automotive Group, said "We are excited to support Forestview and their many incredible programs that they have available to their students. We love to help the community around us, and we are proud to offer this gift to such a deserving recipient."

Jon Anderson, principal of Forestview Middle School, said "We are excited to use this donation towards improving student programs such as our planetarium and our trail cameras. We are incredibly grateful for this gift, and we believe that it will help us empower students to reach their full potential."

The GTCHDA has donated to local schools as part of the "Life is Better Thanks to the Greater Twin Cities Honda Dealers" campaign since November 2017.
