NARI Metro DC Announces 2020 Capital Contractor of the Year (CotY) Winners

ASHBURN, Va. - Feb. 19, 2020 - PRLog -- The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Metro DC Chapter named Metro Building and Remodeling Group LLC of Ashburn, Virginia the 2020 Capital CotY ^TM winner in the Finished Basements over $250,000 category of its annual awards competition during their "Evening of Excellence" celebration at the Bolger Center, Potomac, MD.

Remodeling contractors from the Metro Washington, DC area vie for CotY Awards each year. Judging is based on problem-solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, and degree of difficulty by an impartial panel of industry experts.

Metro's entry was a finished basement created for a family that loves watching sporting events together and entertaining their friends and family. The basement includes a large recreation room, a custom wet bar, a playroom, a home office that quickly converts to a guest room with a full bath, an additional half bath, and a large home gym.

Each year, NARI Metro DC presents Capital CotY awards to members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects. The entries of this year's competition totaled more than $26 million worth of remodeling projects.

NARI is a national professional association whose members voluntarily subscribe to a strict code of ethics. The Capital CotY Awards are given out by the NARI Metro DC area chapter. To be considered for a Capital CotY Award, a company must be a NARI member in good standing.
