By: Minnesota Health Action Group The Action Group survey is a source of data about health benefits trends, issues that concern Minnesota employers, and benefits that employers say matter to their companies and employees. Companies that complete the survey receive a confidential benchmark report that allows them to see what is and isn't working across the state and to evaluate their benefit offerings against other companies. The Action Group Survey tracks employee benefits trends, including: • Health benefit priorities • Medical plan costs and contribution rates • Local health plan performance • Prescription drug coverage and costs (special focus on specialty drugs) • Mental health and well-being • Emerging vendors and programs Employers can visit www.actiongroupsurvey.com for more information and to complete the survey through February 28.
