Frogtown Storytelling Guild Is Open To New Members

TOLEDO, Ohio - Feb. 14, 2020 - PRLog -- The Frogtown Storytelling Guild is open to new members. If you are an experienced or aspiring storyteller, the Frogtown Storytelling Guild may be for you!

The Frogtown Storytelling Guild meets monthly every 2nd Saturday, 9:00–11:00 am at the Reynolds Corner Library (4833 Dorr St, Toledo, OH). Our upcoming meetings are March 14, 2020 and April 11, 2020.

The Frogtown Storytelling Guild is a nonprofit organization that preserves, perpetuates, and promotes the art and  craft of storytelling. Our members include tellers at various skill levels, as well as people who simply enjoy listening to and/or supporting the art of storytelling. The Frogtown Storytelling Guild hosts an annual Tellabration! concert, which is held every November and is a celebration of storytelling from various genres (personal stories, fables, wisdom tales, etc.). In addition to telling in the Tellabration! concert, many  members tell stories in a variety of settings such as libraries, schools, nursing home, and churches. Each member specializes in one or more genre of stories.
